TTC CLAROMETER: Belt Press Filter control option.
Using Belt Press Filter infeed density and flow, the CLAROMETER-TOTAL THICKENER CONTROL system is able to control the anionic and cationic chemical addition to multiple belt press filters.
Using calibrated performance curves through the touch screen the chemical addition is directly related to infeed mass flow.
In addition to full control via the main operator screen, a second dedicated touch screen is located adjacent to the belt press filters for production convenience.
